uneven stay
moldy smell old hotel
the location was acceptable near the beach.
the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, i had to switch it off and it got hot. mold was visible in the shower and i smelled mildew. the hotel felt quite old, and there was a moldy smell in the room.

inconsistent experience. some improvements needed
uncomfortable bed inadequate air conditioning
the bed proved uncomfortable. its springs felt quite worn. the hallways and elevators became unbearably hot. it seemed the air conditioning struggled to maintain a reasonable temperature. these issues detracted from the overall comfort i anticipated.

nice visit
helpful staff delicious breakfast central location
the hotel staff were helpful. they printed some photos for me from an event. it was a lovely surprise at check-out. the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is near the beach.
i found a slight mark on the upholstery in my suite.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
poor air conditioning moldy smell
My stay has its drawbacks. The air conditioning unit in my room was located poorly. It blew directly onto the bed, so I needed turn it off at night to avoid getting sick. This made sleeping uncomfortable because weather was very hot. The hotel felt old, also the room had a moldy smell.

convenient location laundry facility airport shuttle lukewarm coffee breakfast disappointment inflexible staff
The location was convenient I found a laundry facility next door. A hair salon was just steps away from the hotel. The airport shuttle services were great and very helpful.
The coffee was lukewarm during breakfast I found this disappointing. I told the staff about this issue but nothing changed. The staff at the coffee station insisted on only making ice versions.

Wonderful Experience
spacious room clean room relaxing escape convenient location
The room was very spacious and super clean I appreciated the beautiful design. The rooftop pool provided a relaxing escape with amazing views of the ocean and city. The hotel location is steps from the beach and close to restaurants I found that very convenient.

The breakfast spread was delicious there were plenty of options available. I particularly enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee the coffee bar was well stocked. The staff promptly replenished the buffet items ensuring a consistent quality.

The room included a comfortable firm bed along with a lovely chaise lounge. I was welcomed with fresh fruit and water upon arrival the room was super clean. The bathroom had hot high-pressure water which I greatly appreciated.

The gym had two treadmills and two higher-end stationary bikes it also has free weights. The infinity pool is relaxing and cool on the top floor with both shade and sun. The hotel is across the street from the beach.

biggest bath towels amazing staff bad food poor location
The staff were pretty good. I also loved the biggest bath towels in any hotel I've stayed in! They were big and back friendly!!
The location was not so good. It was a bit far from many places. The restaurant had very bad food, it did not value the money at all. It was like kids were cooking!
