Really good Hotel Experience!

I found the hotel clean and modern. The location was convenient, only minutes on foot from tourist spots. The metro station is just opposite of the hotel. It provides seamless transportation. I enjoyed the quietness at night, despite facing a large road.
My room's pillows were too soft, which affected sleep quality. I requested a room change, though the staff mentioned a downgrade to the next level down. The pillow comfort impacted my overall rest .

The room had a spacious layout with modern decor and comfortable seating. I found complimentary bottled water, a coffee machine, and high-speed internet. The bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub with premium toiletries. This enhanced my comfort.
