friendly service wide variety convenient location

i was charmed by the friendly service i received. the staff really looked after me . i enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, with a wide variety of options including local and western dishes. the location was very convenient, putting me close to the beach and nearby attractions

the music from nearby bars was a little loud late at night

Excellent Bali Experience

warm welcome beach view extensive buffet convenient location

The staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival and maintained a high level of service throughout my stay. I found the rooftop restaurant offered sensational views of the beach from both inside and outside seating areas. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. The location was great (I could easily walk to shopping areas, eateries, and the beach).

The room was clean with comfortable amenities. I found it in line with the rest of the facility. Fresh bedding was provided daily by the dedicated maid service. The spacious room included a balcony overlooking the sea (it was a bonus).

The hotel features a level 4 swimming pool that offers a beautiful vista of the beach (a great spot). There is a rooftop pub accessible directly from the hotel, perfect for enjoying sundowners. A massage centre is available, providing an option for relaxation and wellness.

The staff members were attentive and helpful. They addressed my needs and requests promptly. Suartoma were really good too accommodate my dietary needs by providing soy milk throughout my stay. The security staff ensured safe transportation in and out of the hotel.
