The staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival and maintained a high level of service throughout my stay. I found the rooftop restaurant offered sensational views of the beach from both inside and outside seating areas. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. The location was great (I could easily walk to shopping areas, eateries, and the beach).

The room was clean with comfortable amenities. I found it in line with the rest of the facility. Fresh bedding was provided daily by the dedicated maid service. The spacious room included a balcony overlooking the sea (it was a bonus).

The staff members were attentive and helpful. They addressed my needs and requests promptly. Suartoma were pretty good too accommodate my dietary needs by providing soy milk throughout my stay. The security staff ensured safe transportation in and out of the hotel.
