i found the staff attentive and helpful. they always greeted me warmly. the hotel gardens were beautiful and well kept. i particularly enjoyed the updated gym, it had new equipment.
the wait times at the tamarind restaurant were long. it took between 30 and 45 minutes to receive our food after ordering. the food sometimes seemed less fresh because of this.

breakfast featured an extensive selection. there were diverse options to suit varied tastes, and i could savor fresh juices daily. the chefs prepared custom orders and were very attentive.

The staff are wonderful. They always accepted us with a smile. The entire team tried their best to accommodate. The rooms were great in terms of comfort. Beds were comfortable.
On checkout, I was charged for two bottles of water. I had only one. They insisted on two bottles. I was very disappointed they told me I am a liar. This experience will prevent our family from returning.

The staff provided very attentive service. Restaurant options provided good variety. The pool had many activities and services, and the beach was also very nice. I appreciated the beautiful gardens surrounding the room.
I noticed slightly outdated furniture in the room. Though functional, it could use some refreshing.

The hotel offers easy access to nearby attractions. The location is central, and a short taxi ride can get you to Bali Collection. Walking around the area is easy. It provides a quiet, relaxing stay.

The upgraded room included everything needed. The housekeeping staff restocked the room frequently, usually three times per day. My room overlooked the pools, and the ocean. Pillows were amazing. I slept soundly.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They addressed my gluten-free needs, after informing them. I found the staff to be one of the best assets.

The minibar charge at checkout was frustrating. I was billed for two bottles of water but only consumed one. Despite my insistence, the staff maintained I was mistaken (maybe they assumed I was dishonest?). This dispute, though small (it was a matter of just a few euros), left a bad taste (like the cheap water).

The staff greeted me with smiles always. A true romance blossomed between me and this resort. I ate delicious food at all restaurants. The breakfast buffet was especially amazing and lovely. I miss the wonderful flavors already.
The hotel charged me for two bottles of water. I told them I only used one with such soft voice. They insisted I pay for two still. I felt a little sad that they thought I lied. The pool was also a bit dirty to my delicate sensibility. I did notice broken tiles in the bottom part of the pool.

i stayed in a lagoon access room and i loved it. it was spacious and included balinese style decor. the verandah opened onto a lagoon and pool. it had sun loungers only accessible by lagoon access rooms.
the aircon in my room didn't provide comfortable coolness on a ongoing basis.
