The location offers easy access to Bağdat Caddesi. Staff members, Zeynep and Gözde at reception, were friendly. The breakfast buffet was great (it had many options!).

The fitness area required an additional payment. I thought it would be included. This was unexpected.

The staff at the reception were helpful and always smiling. They were flexible when I requested a slightly earlier check-in. I really felt welcomed and supported throughout my stay (all my questions were answered).
