the bedroom was quite lovely with many sockets available i EVEN found Euro sockets which is useful for international travel the hotel has an interesting tower of aquaria that rises through its floors there is also ample parking i did see electric vehicle charging.
i found the sink was blocked it did not drain adequately there was no curtain the blind was not sufficient i noticed background noise even when there was no noise from other guests.

I had two connecting rooms on the first floor, very convenient with my grandchildren (for a trip to Lapland). Staff joined our Christmas celebration. I appreciate that. The beautiful king suite had comfortable beds. The bathroom looked newly refurbished, nice. The hotel reception looked good and the breakfast was VERY good.
The quality of the room wasn't quite aligned with what I paid.

Staff members displayed friendliness and helpfulness on my arrival. Check-in was both efficient and informative, which i found reassuring. The staff seemed accommodating and joined our Christmas celebration.

The hotel provided free parking. That's ALWAYS a plus. The rooms had ample space. The hotel included a pool plus a sauna, a steam room, and a jacuzzi (very enjoyable after a long day).

The venue's unusual look and beautiful bar, as well as the lobby, contributed to the hotel's charm. I found it a convenient spot. The setting provides an easily accessible experience.

limited channelsweak shower
the room was quite basic it lacked the expected amenities for a hotel of this supposed standard the television offered limited channels and the promised movie selection was unavailable the bathroom was small the shower pressure was weak i reminded me of a paid a high price for an underwhelming experience
