mediocre experience with room issues
damp smell dirty dishes
the location met expectations as it was conveniently situated.
the room smelled strongly of damp, it was not pleasant. the sink plug in the bathroom did not function correctly causing water to clog the drain. dirty plates and cups, supposedly cleaned, were wet and had food remnants.

what a fab place to stay!
great location included breakfast modern room helpful staff
i found the location superb, with easy access to many key attractions. the included breakfast was a real treat. the room itself was clean and modern with many amenities i enjoy. i really liked the helpfulness from staffs during check-in.
the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours, causing some minor delays getting around.

my room was quite spacious with a big comfy bed. two separate sinks exist with a rainfall shower . climate control worked really good, the room was always just the right temperature and very quiet at the night.

the fitness center had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section. a business center offered several computers with printing capabilities and the wi-fi was free and fast throughout the entire building.

the hotel is near several popular landmarks which includes Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. it really close to Westminster underground station and very convenient for public transportation. many restaurants and shops exist within a ten-minute walk from the hotel.

the hotel has three dining options, which includes a sushi restaurant and a café. breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold items and many fresh juices and pastries. the bar offered many cocktails and light snacks later in the evenings.

functional kitchenette quick housekeeping good location empty dispenser water absence early wake-up
i receive a room with a functional kitchenette, this was very useful to me. i asked for extra bedding from housekeeping for the sofa bed and they come very fast and prepare it very quick. that make me pleased. location is good as its near tourist sites.
when i got to the room, water wasn't provided. also, the shampoo dispensers were empty. its a shame that i see this problem in a 4-star hotel. i had plan to wake up late, but at 8am, the maid service opened my door without my permission.

prompt seating wide selection dim lighting basic rations
The service during breakfast was commendable. Staff worked diligently to ensure prompt seating. a wide selection was available at the buffet.. i found the coffee and croissants quite good.
the room lighting was noticeably dim upon entry. basic tea and coffee provisions were provided, but biscuits were absent. i found this surprising for a hotel of this tier.
