Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
slow service unattended door
The location proved convenient for getting around.
The service was not up to par. I waited too long for someone to help with my bags upon arrival, no one opened the door. This isn't what I expect from a hotel that charges these prices.

underwhelming experience
the location was convenient for getting around! though the immediate area was quite busy.
I wasn't warned about it. the noise started early in the morning and it made it difficult to rest. It really disrupted my sleep.

Ms. Nidusha at reception offered continuous high level service upon my arrival. The room included robes and slippers. Breakfast presented good quality food. The reception team had superb customer service.

The hotel is near Green Park station and Piccadilly. Many restaurants and bars locate around the area. This central position allowed straightforward access to key city attractions, simplifying my schedule and enhancing my travel experience.

The hotel restaurant and bar offered many options. Breakfast included some made to order dishes from the menu. The bar presented the feel of a city bar, not a hotel bar.

i found the staff at the front desk very helpful. angel, sayui, tata, yasir, and vaeun tried to. the hotel's central location is definitely a plus, and my room was satisfactory.
there was some street noise at night due to the restaurants downstairs.

the concierge and doormen were polite. the advisors checking guests in and out were also polite. housekeeping provided amazing service and couldn't be bettered. we loved the fast room service, but the reception could have been better.

the hotel enjoys a central location near major attractions. green park tube station is nearby providing easy access throughout the city. the area felt safe, even when returning late at night.

I totally enjoyed my stay. the front desk team including angel, sayui, tata, yasir, and vaeun was super helpful. the hotel's central location is definitely a plus. It's so easy to get around.
the room i had could have been better. i thought it was just ok, but i'm sure other rooms are better!
