The club team provided really good care. I felt very welcomed back like family. The kindness was heartwarming. Adel and Gee arranged special meals. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly!!!

the facility is conveniently located. it is central, close to shopping, yet slightly off the main area, offering quiet and peaceful rooms. the housekeeping services are great. i appreciated the super clean room and frequent restocking of tea and milk.
i found the water pressure in the shower was a little low, and it took a while to get hot water. it wasn't a major issue, but it was noticeable.

the staff was attentive. the hotel staff assisted with directions. the concierge helped book theatre tickets. i found the cocktail bar drinks quite innovative. the breakfast buffet was excellent with caviar. the hotel location is great. i had a very good stay. the rooms were impeccably clean and spacious.
i think, the gym equipment is maybe a little dated.

The gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Daily cards left by the turndown staff shared the brand's history. The bathroom was roomy. The bath was enjoyable after walking.
