friendly staff superb location
The hotel is close to Lambeth North Station. This fact makes it easy for explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful. A young man heard my husband ask about mushrooms at breakfast. He brought us some specially.
The shower facility did not work well. There was no hot water also. I could hear noises next door.

acceptable stay, some issues noticed
convenient location well organized hotel efficient staff hot corridor small swimming pool mould smell
i found the location convenient and easy to access. the hotel was well organized. the staff were efficient, i must say. it was good they provided complimentary magazines.
the corridors felt hot constantly. i noticed the swimming pool is quite small. the steam room smelled of mould, i observed. the sauna was not really hot either.

the check in staff assisted me quickly. i appreciate the convenient location near public transport. i secured nearby parking at a reasonable rate. the staff was helpful, too. the breakfast options were satisfying, including various choices.
the lights in the bedroom were too dark.

super easy great location knee height bathroom sink
the location was super easy.
i was assigned a room for disabled people, and i am not disabled. nobody told me beforehand why they found it necessary to do this, so it was an unpleasant surprise to find our bathroom sink on knee height.
