the breakfast was acceptable, with a buffet style setup with juice cereal and toast.
the route in and out kept changing which was inconvenient. the lift was also out of action resulting in slow trips up and down the stairs. Not ideal.

Satisfactory Coastal Stay

new bar area quality selection sea views helpful staff
The newly updated bar area offered a quality selection of drinks. I plan to try the restaurant during my next visit. It was quite busy. The location offers sea views (a real treat). The staff were both pleasant and helpful .
My room was not one of the refurbished rooms, so it looked a bit dated.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment to a high standard. The main reception area was being repainted . This was managed effectively and did not disrupt my stay.
Location
10/10
The hotel is in a prime location for visiting the area. The town center is only a ten-minute walk away (though it's uphill on the return). There is guest parking available at the back of the building.
