helpful staff clean room fantastic atmosphere small bed hot room flickering light
the staff were helpful with parking tickets. the room was clean and had ample facilities. breakfast and dinner were decent with a fantastic atmosphere at the vault.
the bed felt small for two people also it was soft. the room was too hot even with windows open and a fan. the reading light flickered all night i noticed.

the breakfast included a great selection of choices. the shower had nice toiletries and worked very well..
The room key did not always work. I had to visit reception to regain access.

The room was very clean and well presented. Complimentary tea and coffee were available. The staff were helpful and polite, which I appreciated. Breakfast was included and very nice.
The walls are a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

Breakfast offered a great selection of items. The dining room staff were very attentive (they ensured everyone had what they needed). The atmosphere was calm and relaxed.

The reception lady went out of her way to sort out parking tickets. Other reception staff were courteous and helpful . Their support made everything easier.

The room had ample facilities, including tea, coffee, and an ironing board. Towels were also provided and regularly replenished. I found everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is a short walk to the harbor (about 5-10 minutes). From there, it is easy to access all main attractions. This proximity was quite convenient.
