the staff were helpful with parking tickets. the room was clean and had ample facilities. breakfast and dinner were decent with a fantastic atmosphere at the vault.
the bed felt small for two people also it was soft. the room was too hot even with windows open and a fan. the reading light flickered all night i noticed.

The room was very clean and well presented. Complimentary tea and coffee were available. The staff were helpful and polite, which I appreciated. Breakfast was included and very nice.
The walls are a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The reception lady went out of her way to sort out parking tickets. Other reception staff were courteous and helpful . Their support made everything easier.
