The breakfast situation was a mess, i must say. waited quite long for someone to seat me, even though many tables were empty. then, it took forever to get a coffee. the staff seemed short on teaspoons. They actually don't have those. the parking charge felt excessive to me. eighteen pounds daily is a bit cheeky. especially considering i found cheaper options nearby.

I found the location excellent. it sits right on the seafront! the room was also very clean. I noticed that everything was well-kept and super clean. i could not fault it.
The air conditioning system was loud. it made it hard to sleep comfortably! i also found the breakfast service slow. It seemed understaffed, and getting attention took a while.

the market menu offered a meal that was excellent and a great value. the staff and service were fabulous. breakfast was lovely and served from behind the counter, protected by glass. spotlessly clean conditions were apparent. we were on an adults only floor, a first time experience. the experience from start to finish was effortless and worth every penny.

this hotel was really good. i loved the super quick check-in process. the king room i booked had amazing air conditioning, a total godsend. i also liked the fantastic park views from the room and the 55-inch tv.
the car park can get a little busy during peak times.

The spacious rooms feature super king-size beds, mini-fridges stocked with bottled water and milk, and plenty of plug sockets throughout. The bed linen and curtains appear to be of high standard. bath and shower facilities include lots of clean towels and toiletries. It is an excellent setup.

The hotel location was suitable for my family. The room was nice and spacious. The mini fridge and generously sized bath towels were welcome additions (especially after a long day).
The clothing rail was at a standard height. This made it difficult to reach. I found no shelves in the shower. I had to balance any toiletries there, so it was a bit inconvenient.
