The room provided was very modern. It was clean and quiet. Staff were cute to me and my dogs. Dinner portions were large and food was super.

charming stay

excellent breakfast comfortable room needed facilities

i found a well-run hotel behind the nautical artifacts. the breakfast was excellent. my top-floor room had everything i needed. i slept really well it was comfortable and clean.

the shower next door was very noisy at 7am it was due to plumbing issues i think i would like a silent shower next time

i stayed for several nights and breakfast was amazing. i love having the menu to choose from. the fruit salad was so fresh!!! the location was perfect to walk around.

lovely northumberland stay

large room comfortable room friendly staff

the room was large and comfortable. staff members were really friendly and helpful. the food was plentiful and the ales were really well kept. i noticed the premises was super clean throughout, despite being packed with sailing and fishing memorabilia.

i found that parking was not directly at the inn. the public car parks nearby required a bit of a walk.

the inn is ideally placed to visit many places of interest. the harbour views from the room are amazing. there is a vibrant bar scene that includes a great beer garden overlooking the sea.

clean room comfortable beds unhelpful receptionist unavailable parking

I love that my room was clean and tidy. The beds were also comfortable. I found the food good. It was divine, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The receptionist was so unwelcoming and unhelpful to me. Parking was unavailable, even though the website said parking was available. I find that sad. I thought the bar was pricey. It was smelly and a pokey little bar.
