fantastic room and breakfast

the family room offered great space. it was especially helpful since we brought a travel cot. i stayed in the new section. it had only been open a few weeks and was lovely. the hotel is close to a popular coastal town, about a short drive.
the curtains let light into the room early.

the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. the food was delicious, and the portions were quite generous. i particularly enjoyed the selection of ales and wine available at the bar, it was amazing!!!
the curtains in my room did not block out enough light. the early morning sun made it difficult to sleep past sunrise. better blackout curtains would make a big difference.
