helpful staff customer service comfortable stay
I always find the staff helpful s. I want to especially commend Jotleen Kaur. Her customer service is really good! She demonstrates real commitment to the hotel. The hotel recently underwent refurbishment. I found my stay comfortable. The new decor enhanced the overall experience.

solid choice near regent's park
free upgrade nice staff extra touches
i got a free room upgrade upon arrival it was a nice surprise. the reception staff were very nice and i really appreciated that. my room had dressing gowns and slippers provided and a view of the pitch at lords.
the heating system was not great to lower the temperature i could only blow cold air into the room.

the hotel is close to a bus station for transport. i noted bus 274 goes to hyde park's centre. buses 113 and 139 also provide access to other spots in the city.

the breakfast included fresh fruits yoghurt and juices. i especially liked the mushrooms. the breakfast room felt slightly dated though the food quality was high.

staff members were helpful and friendly . the reception was cute. the staff facilitated a low floor room request because i don't use lifts.

huge selection really good breakfast fine dining room copper plated pillars exterior appearance peeling paint dusty curtains
The breakfast was really good, with a HUGE selection of food. The dining room itself was also fine. Copper plated pillars made the area particularly nice. Staff were excellent and attended to every need.
The outside of the building needs some work. It requires a good clean. I also noticed some peeling paint. Some dusty old curtains were falling off their hooks.

nice room good breakfast
i stayed at the hotel to attend a cricket camp nearby. the hotel room was clean and nice. breakfast was included and it was pretty good. the location suited me as i needed to be near regents park.

my standard double room had all required amenities inside. there was air conditioning and an iron in the closet. they also provided nice toiletries and pillow options , so i could choose what i wanted.
