the room had heated floors in the bathroom, AMAZING! the minibar was complimentary too. it was a nice surprise

the bar staff seemed a bit unfriendly initially, but their attitude changed after they realized i was a hotel guest.

ample storage heated floors

the minibar had complimentary drinks and snacks it was refreshed daily i appreciated the dyson hair dryer in the room it worked very well. the heated bathroom floors were a nice touch the storage space was also ample for my belongings

the service charge felt a bit high considering i didn't utilize all the hotel's amenities it wasn't a major issue but worth noting
