some disappointments at this hotel
clean roomsevere noise
the room was clean and quite large.
i had issues with noise from the room above mine , which was very disturbing at night. it woke me up several times and even made the chandelier rattle , so it was terrible. i reported this to reception , but the hotel offered no resolution to that problem.

This hotel is gorgeous and so clean! Staff members were helpful. The room looked lovely and was spacious. I am already looking forward to my next stay. I found the location to be great as it is so close to Canary Wharf and the underground station.
The receptionist wasn't very cute and it could have been better! I wasn't instructed about the use of the sauna and steam room, a shame. Only one dinner option, cheese pizza, felt limiting considering the cost, and the standards for service and food seemed average.

My room had amazing lighting options. It. I also liked that milk for tea was kept in the fridge. It was a nice, thoughtful touch.
The breakfast was not great. I found stale hash browns and overdone dry bacon. I think there could have been more choice. food and juices were not replenished quickly enough. The cheese was almost gone, and juice carafes were empty.

the breakfast food was delicious. a huge range was available and more kind staff attended to me.
the noise from the room above was unacceptable. i was constantly disturbed by loud stomping noises. this disruption was particularly troubling during the night and woke me up on numerous occasions. i attempted to address these concerns via email and social media after checking out, but have yet to receive a response from the hotel.

i booked the club room. it proved to be one of the best accommodations i booked to date. the receptionist team was wonderful. i hope the hotel management team takes care of their staff and building. it is an asset which would keep giving with maintenance and staff wellbeing.
the parking was expensive and accessing the small car park was a bit of a faff. the location is not that good.
