i found the location very convenient. it is a short walk to gloucester road tube station. the room included a nespresso machine. i also liked the complimentary coffee and cookies available in the room. but the friendly staff was the best!

the location is very CONVENIENT. the earl's court station is just a short five minute walk. nice restaurants are located in the area. staff delivered slippers after i requested them. the supermarket close to the hotel proved useful.
the rooms did NOT have bathrobes originally.
