convenient stay near paddington
tube access friendly staff
the hotel was very close to paddington station. restaurants were also close by and it gave easy access to the tube. the staff seemed friendly and helpful

friendly staff great location
the staff was friendly and helpful ! the location is also superb, really close to paddington station. it was so easy to get around the city.

The location near paddington station was indeed convenient.
The room was not what i expected. It felt cramped. the bathroom lacked essential amenities like a towel rack. the experience overall was disappointing, i was really annoyed

convenient location comfortable bed efficient service fresh towels
The location proved convenient, especially due to its proximity to the train station. My room included a very comfortable bed. The reception staff offered friendly and efficient service. Daily room service kept everything super clean with fresh towels.
I noticed slight wear on the room's decor, specifically some scuffs on the walls. This did not detract from my overall stay, but updating these areas would be beneficial.

small room stuffy room
i requested extra coffee, and the staff did provide it.
The room was quite small and stuffy. the window wouldn't open. the hotel seems a bit run-down. The rooms could use some updates with better beds and air conditioning.

good variety great location dated furniture bathroom stains
The location is unbeatable and I'm grateful for that! The breakfast had a good variety of options and I always found something I liked.
The room felt quite dated, and some of the furniture looked worn. I noticed some stains in the bathroom, and this wasn't ideal.
