Fantastic Stay Near Trafalgar Square
honeymoon greeting comfortable bed
I appreciated that the staff held my luggage since I arrived early. The staff set up a honeymoon greeting with wine and snacks. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I am looking forward to my return.

noisy air conditioning no response
the hotel has free purified water available for every guest, it was alright.
the air conditioning was noisy and it took forever to cool down the room, that was annoying. i also asked someone to check it but i never received a response, i don't think anyone ever came. the staff just fluffed me off like it wasn't a big deal.
