i loved using their phone app to book the swimming pool. the pool was clean. the hotel location is good, very close to major landmarks and the subway. the inclusive breakfast was a HUGE hit for my kids.

i wish the changing rooms had a swimsuit dryer. my suit was still wet the next day!

The modern décor pleased me. i found excellent room facilities. the staff were SO friendly, always ready to help. i appreciated the charging ports with usb type c on the bed table. It was very convenient.

the temperature in the rooms felt a bit low. it was set at 21 degrees. the air conditioning worked, but i had to set it to 30 to get some heat. it took a while for the room to warm up properly.

The location was excellent. the room was clean and spacious. It had a nice selection of tea and coffee. i also found complimentary still and sparkling water. it was a great location, only a short trip from a main station.

The pillows were a bit flat. i found this uncomfortable! my main issue was with the bathroom plumbing. a bad smell came from it into the room. i noticed backflow in the toilet bowl one morning. It was the cause of the smell.
