I found the breakfast choice plentiful. the bar area features a nice design. It was generally quiet. the hotel has two tube stations very close and two music venues nearby.

the location felt perfect. it was very accessible by bus and underground. it is only a short walk from westfield. the english breakfast was amazing too and included many choices.
the revolving doors seemed to be broken as they needed a push to move.

the hotel is close to a high-end shopping mall. hyde park is very close by also. i found the room to be quite clean and spacious. the staff at reception was friendly and helpful.
the bedroom was quite warm. fresh air was limited, as there were no windows to open. the bathroom felt tight, a bit cramped actually. there was no information about breakfast or room service in the room..

My room featured complimentary water in the fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom offered body lotion and clean, spacious amenities. I found the staff receptive and professional. My stay was certainly pleasant. The hotel is very close to the M4 and the railway system.
The windows didn't open in my room.
