fantastic stay near earls court!

helpful team clean room public transport

the reception staff was so helpful during check-in! the team assisted me with directions and local tips, it was appreciated. i found the room to be really clean with the housekeeping staff keeping everything super clean. plus, i loved the proximity to public transport!

the central heating was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. i would have liked more control over the settings in the room. it felt a bit too warm at night

Really good Stay with a Touch of Romance

fantastic location helpful staff kind gesture

The hotel location is fantastic. The tube station sits quite close. I particularly appreciate the staff at reception, they were helpful. They provided drink vouchers for the bar, a rare and kind gesture these days. I enjoyed the bar facilities.

perfect location delicious pastries car parking

the location was perfect for my travel plans. i was able to park my car and easily travel into the city center. the breakfast was very good (the pastries were delicious).

the ac unit made an irritating rattling noise.
