although the hotel it's nice, there was a few issues. i booked a double family room that mentioned five people clearly. the 5th bed was missing upon arrival. i had to wait for it to be made.

i found the river view beautiful and outside seating very relaxing. having a burger meal in the restaurant, i thought it was lovely and priced well. the room included everything, such as shampoo, conditioner, handwash, moisturizer, and iron.
the room, though clean, felt a bit small. i noticed staff knocked continuously from 9 am to check when i check out, even though checkout was at 12pm. i am not sure why they kept hassling.

nimmy, a lovely reception worker, helped us. the comfortable bed provided a good nights sleep. the breakfast included a variety of choices. daughter birthday was amazing with balloons and treat from staff.
