Really good Stay Experience!

early check-in excellent breakfast polite staff convenient proximity

My initial impression was positive as the reception staff facilitated an early check-in. I found the breakfast selection to be excellent and the proximity to the British Museum very convenient. Restaurant staff were quick and polite, I certainly appreciated their service. The bar offered nice drinks.

I noticed that the room lacked extra hooks for hanging coats, we had to place them on the floor.

The hotel enjoys a particularly advantageous location. Landmarks are within walking distance from this location. The proximity to the tube station offers swift transit to many destinations around the city, I found it very helpful.

The staff demonstrated consistent courtesy. I observed that they addressed requests immediately. The reception staff provided efficient and friendly assistance, I found their service really good. The service was AMAZING!!!

The location worked well for me. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly. Sanjuna was particularly helpful and provided complimentary breakfast after I was selected guest of the day. The room was clean.

convenient location short walk breakfast variety lack of air conditioning slow elevator hot room

i found the location quite convenient. it was just a short walk to several tube stations.. made getting around the city easy. the breakfast offered a good variety. i appreciated the availability of both hot and cold options.

the room got quite warm during the day. there was no air conditioning in the room and opening the window didn't help much. the elevator to my floor was slow. i often had to wait a while for it to arrive.
