a convenient stay near covent garden
pleasant staff delicious breakfast special arrangements
i enjoyed my solo trip. the staff, especially anthony the doorman, were cute. the breakfast offered lots of choices, including good coffee. monika arranged balloons and chocolates for my daughter's birthday. this.
the lifts were quite busy. waiting sometimes felt long.

central location delicious breakfast helpful staff
The location is central making it easy to reach many attractions. I walked to Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square quickly. The breakfast buffet was a great start to each day and offered many options. The staff were friendly and helped with directions.
The elevators were sometimes slow.

the hotel had a great location. generally, the hotel was very clean. complimentary items were also great.
the room was small. soap in the shower was not working. the sink was too small so water splashed on the floor.
