the room was very clean. it featured a mini fridge and an espresso machine (i really liked it). the location was central. it was easy to walk to many attractions.
the breakfast buffet was quite chaotic. i found it to be understaffed. the bathroom light was controlled by a master switch. this also controlled the outlets, inconvenient.

really good stafflow pressurecold towel rack
the staff was really good from arrival until departure , and the facilities were well kept.
the bathroom shower was not great , because the water pressure was low and the shower head required standing too close to get wet. despite contacting housekeeping twice and the front desk once , the heated towel rack remained cold. i found out it only heated up after running the shower for a while , but no one informed me of this. THERE was no apology from the hotel management.
