adequate stay with some issues
faulty shower housekeeping disturbance
The room needed some tlc, i must say. the shower head sprayed water everywhere except where it should. i asked for a late checkout and they approved it, but housekeeping knocked persistently at the original checkout time anyway. This really wasn't relaxing!

convenient location cheerful staff dusty furniture air conditioning
I found the location very convenient. waterloo station and westminster pier were within walking distance, made getting around simple. the staff was cheerful and polite.
during my stay, the room showed some wear. the furniture was dusty, especially the non-bed items. the air conditioning seemed to have issues, as it was too warm even after maintenance tried to adjust it.

clean room convenient location faulty air conditioning loose handrail
the room was clean and tidy. the location was very convenient, right next to public transport.
The air conditioning in the room was not working. the bathroom faucet was covered in limescale and had turned green. the bath handrail was loose. It was a safety hazard.

mixed feelings about the room maintenance
shower problem rude response
the location was convenient for getting around the city center it was easy to access public transportation
the shower was not great water sprayed everywhere with low pressure also someone walked into my room without knocking while my partner was changing this was reported at checkout the staff just said 'ok' and didn't seem concerned this made me frustrated and uncomfortable
