The location was great for visiting the british museum. i also found it easy to walk to many other sites. the staff were polite and always ready to help. the breakfast had many choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.
The furniture showed some wear and tear. the desk chair seat was loose. the safe stopped working and needed fixing (it was promptly taken care of though). the bathroom layout was not ideal. Water splashed onto the floor easily.
