the reception area had an AMAZING smell. it was super clean and grand looking. the rooms were lovely, really clean and smart. they were furnished well and very well equipped.

the shower tray kept overflowing, and the drain cover looked quite gross. rooms felt very dated and tired. the bar area HAD a weird smell.

I found the location convenient. Victoria station is nearby and provides easy access to transportation. The staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay. I never waited long. The breakfast buffet included various options each morning.

The gym was quite small. It only contained basic equipment.

the staff was always available. i needed a new room with a bath and they found me one fast. it included a great selection for breakfast and the buffet was tasty. like buckingham palace.

i thought the coffee in the lounge was too expensive.
