The front desk staff was attentive! I checked in easily. My room included a nespresso machine and comfortable bathrobes. The location was excellent, adjacent to public transportation.
The gym could use a little tlc.

the reception staff was very polite and helpful.
the phone in my room didn't work on arrival, and that was annoying. also, the room lacked gowns, even though the description said they were included.

a perfect anniversary!
gorgeous room super clean room bottle of wine
the room felt so super clean. it really was like a wonderful hotel rather than just some hotel. we was very kindly given treats and a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary, , made me blush. little things down to having makeup wipes and toothbrush in the bedroom felt tender.
i paid for a room, that stated 'king bed' however it was only a single. i was so sad about this. i wanted to sleep with my head on his shoulder.

a romantic city escape

I adored the location next to the tube station. It made exploring effortless. the staff were consistently friendly. i particularly loved the amazing view we got once upgraded. i must also add that all staff were very attentive to our needs.
The hotel bar needed more higher seats outside. This would greatly enhance the experience, and a gluten free ale on the drinks menu would have been a plus.

reception desk staff were polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. cleaning service was excellent, maintaining the room impeccably throughout my stay. the digital setting for the do not disturb function was a convenient and welcome feature, removing the need for a physical sign.

the train station was very close. i could get everywhere easily. the room felt clean. the staff helped when i asked for things.
the air conditioning did not work in my room. it was too hot all the time. the breakfast choices seemed too small. i think charging extra for some drinks is not good.

the location proved very convenient. it was right next to a tube station. i also found the staff to be helpful throughout my stay.
The room's cleanliness was not up to par. i noticed only one night table was available. This was rather inconvenient.
