modern bathroom great shower slow process small cot
i got a twin room and it was super clean the bathroom was modern it had a great shower. the location was great i walked to borough market easily and it was close to the tube station too
the check-in process was slow the lady seemed new and needed help from a colleague. also the cot we requested for our toddler was too small he could barely fit

missing amenities unfulfilled requests
My upgraded room lacked expected amenities. I requested extra tea and toilet roll, but they never arrived despite promises (a minor inconvenience, I admit). This was frustrating, especially considering my Hilton status.

Solid Stay Near Tower Bridge
good beds bathtub mat handy location
The room had two beds of a good size. A bathtub was in the bathroom. A bathtub mat was available. The location is close to a theater and the train station is also near.
The room didn't seem different after the upgrade.

Loads of cafes are located near the hotel. There are restaurants close by. Borough Market is also very accessible. The executive lounge has an outside area for relaxation and is very handy.

really good stay near tower bridge
warm welcome executive level great customer service convenient location
i'm a hilton honors member and i must say, this hotel impressed me. fatima welcomed me so warmly, i felt right at home upon arrival. i got an upgrade to the executive level, granting access to the lounge. maria and victoria there provided really good customer service.
the shower wasn't of good quality. there was leakage and it was slippery

superb stay near tower bridge
central location professional staff executive lounge breakfast selection
the hotel is in a fantastic location near the station. the breakfast selection was expansive and yummy. the executive lounge access was a real treat with awesome views. i really enjoyed the hot chocolate that atif made for me.
the room i had was a bit noisy because it was close to the lift.
