The location is PERFECT! It is close to two tube stations and Waterloo station. The fitness room was large. I appreciated the attentive staff in the M lounge, especially shift leader Laura. Staff was cute and helpful throughout my stay.
I was charged for WiFi even though it is complimentary for Platinum members. This has to be resolved ASAP. The hotel was full of loud tourists. Communal areas are dark. Dark wood makes it claustrophobic.
