the staff was always available and helpful. Ayesha Begum was especially GREAT and very kind. She did a super job with guests showing understanding while serving everyone. The breakfast spread was one of my favorites.

The breakfast was varied with a good selection (i especially enjoyed the sausages). The staff was friendly. My room was clean and had blackout curtains. I also found a safe and a kettle with coffee and tea, useful.
The shower design was flawed. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor, even when i was careful. I had to use a towel to stop the flooding, a bit annoying.

The hotel has a great location near King's Cross and Saint Pancras stations. It is within walking distance of both, about 15 minutes. Several bus stops near the hotel allow for easy access to various destinations.

The hotel's location was great. It was about a 15-minute walk to king's cross station. i found a café just up the road named cafe maya. i appreciated the clean, modern feel of the place, and the bar area was comfortable. the staff were excellent and always ready to assist.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't working, though i didn't report it. i'm sure they would have fixed it had i mentioned it.
