underwhelming stay
old shower head small room
the staff was helpful when i checked in.
The room felt very dated and small. the bathroom had an old shower head that barely sprayed any water. It was hard to rinse properly. i definitely expect better from a hotel at this price point.

Fantastic stay near Olympia
excellent service good size buffet breakfast
The reception staff offered excellent service. Prerna was particularly professional and helpful. I found the room to be a good size. It had all necessary amenities, though I missed a designated space for my suitcase. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. All the staff were attentive and hospitable.
The room temperature did not match the rest of the hotel. It was colder than the lobby, restaurant and corridors.

public transport helpful staff simple travel
I appreciated the convenient access to public transport. The hotel's proximity to the station made traveling simple. The staff were helpful with directions and information.
The room lighting was inadequate. One side of the room remained poorly lit. Reading in bed was difficult due to this issue.

weak pressure street noise
I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of my stay. The bathroom clearly needed some work. The shower controls were temperamental, and the water pressure was quite weak. Also , the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise quite clearly , disrupting my sleep a bit.
