the hotel is conveniently near swiss cottage, a great location! the hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood. swiss cottage metro station is within a 5 minute walk. it is a perfect location for families and couples.

Amazing Stay with Excellent Facilities!

The steam room and sauna use was definitely a plus. It. The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfy. I appreciated the lovely complimentary toiletries and the selection of drinks available.
I found the payment system a little confusing. An additional amount was held on my credit card, and I was told that it's normal for bookings made through a third party. It would be good to clarify this process upfront to avoid confusion.

The room was nicely furnished with sufficient space. It included everything needed for a comfortable stay. I found the bed comfortable. Breakfast offered many choices and seemed hearty and healthy. The tube station was conveniently located for easy access. Staff were helpful.

The room size was very generous! The bed was comfortable. I did enjoy a good morning breakfast. It was very diverse and contained a lot of different options.
The gym seemed a little compact though it did have all the essentials.
