The location is very central. I could easily walk to many attractions (very convenient!). Breakfast included fresh and healthy options, with high-quality products. The hotel restaurant offered unexpected high-quality cuisine with Peruvian and Italian influences.

The front desk staff was not proficient in English, made communication difficult. The room facing the street was noisy despite being on the fourth floor. The bar closed early at the staff's discretion, which did not align with the expected service level.

the location was acceptable for accessing the tube station i needed.

the room i received differed significantly from what i booked the superior double or twin room was excessively small and the toilet felt particularly cramped i suspect i was allocated one of the least desirable rooms the price seemed steep given the subpar conditions.
