The staff was very cute and helpful. I could leave my luggage after checking out to relax. The hotel's proximity to the Gloucester Road tube station was very convenient. I appreciated the early check-in option. It made my arrival much smoother.
The in-room fridge was empty. I wished there had been some complimentary water.

the location is fabulous near many amenities my room was very good size it was kept clean daily staff were pleasant at all times. I found breakfast nice i thought it was cooked well. I really liked the convenient location it made exploring simple.
after reading reviews i was a little cautious so upgraded to a suite on arrival at 3 pm i was told the room was not ready until 4pm. i was told this was no good as we were going to a show and dinner so needed to freshen up. i found another room thankfully

the breakfast was tasty. there was a good selection and the staff were helpful. the hotel is close to the gloucester tube station, providing easy transport.
the room carpet had marks. worn patches were visible on the wood table. the voil curtain also had a hole in it.
