wide gap limited privacy
The room was very clean. The shower worked great. There was coffee available in the room and plenty of towels were provided.
The first room I got had a noticeable gap under the door, maybe around 2cm, concerning for me traveling alone. Staff claimed all rooms had this gap. My door's gap was wider than the others. The bed was too close to the door so noise came in easily. Privacy felt limited.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

The hotel is near Victoria Station, a great advantage. I found many dining options and a convenient bus stop directly in front of the building. The staff was helpful and kind, especially at the reception and in the dining area. The complimentary breakfast was a plus.
The noise from the hallway was quite noticeable in my room. I could clearly hear sounds of people passing by.

central location clean room pleasant staff small room tight shower enclosure bad wifi
the location felt very central to places i wanted to see. i could easily reach victoria train station. the staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean to me. breakfast seemed like a nice bonus to my stay.
my room felt quite small, like a little broom closet. the shower had a very tight enclosure. i thought the wifi didn't perform well in my room.

The location suits me well. It has very easy access to main attractions. I used the free luggage storage before check in and after check out. The bar downstairs was lovely.
The walls were somewhat thin, so I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.
