the staff were consistently friendly and helpful . breakfast had varied and delicious options. i liked the cleanliness of my room and the amazing view it offered over the lake. the location was amazing , with beautiful views from the terrace and outdoor hot tub.
the corridors felt a bit narrow and lacked proper ventilation. it would be beneficial to address this issue to improve the overall comfort .

the views were lovely from my double view room. the food was good , with an excellent choice at breakfast that was individually tailored.
the carpet in my room needed better cleaning , as it had some stains.
