Excellent Experience!
comfortable bedgenerous portionslovely staff
Our bridal suite was AMAZING!!! The bed provided unbelievable comfort, and the room itself was sparkling. The food was spot on. Everything came out hot, fresh, and the portions were really generous. The staff are a credit to the hotel and couldn't have done enough for our lovely afternoon treat!
The lunch service was slow, and there was a significant wait for our main courses.

the staff were very friendly. the bar and restaurant were also quite nice (i especially liked the restaurant's atmosphere).
the service at dinner was quite slow. i waited an long time for my main course (it was a bit of a mood killer).

The initial check-in proved DIFFICULT. The room, identified as a 'Double Room', had a noticeable musty odour that was quite distracting, it lingered throughout my stay. the placement of electrical outlets was problematic. None were conveniently located near the bed, this necessitated using the desk area for charging devices. These aspects detracted from an otherwise acceptable experience.

The staff was VERY helpful with directions and local information. I received a complimentary upgrade to a family room. It was quite spacious.
The soundproofing was not great. I could hear some noise from nearby rooms.
