daily housekeeping helpful staff
The rooms had daily housekeeping. This kept everything very tidy. The dining room staff was very helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. GREAT service.
The air conditioning in my room was quite noisy at times.

convenient location quick service useful snack bar
I appreciated the convenient location near the beach. The staff provided quick service at the bars. They were always available. The hotel provided many food options. I found the snack bar especially useful for quick bites during the day.
I found that getting a sunbed by the pool in the morning was often difficult. People reserved them early.

The room contained a comfortable bed and daily housekeeping services kept it tidy. Fresh towels were provided each day. Air conditioning was effective and it maintained a steady temperature. A safe was available, though i had to pay extra for its use.

The main restaurant had many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I could always find something I liked. The snack bar near the pool offered quick meals. It was convenient between swims. Drinks were readily available at several bars. I enjoyed the local beer.

Staff members were generally helpful and responsive to requests i made. The bartenders were quick to serve drinks, especially during peak hours. The cleaning staff kept the hotel clean. I observed them frequently tidying public areas.

attentive staff high standard good variety
i found the staff very attentive especially alex at the adult only pool area he always ensured i had everything i needed. the cleaner maintained the room to a high standard. i really enjoyed the variety of food available in the buffet restaurant each night it was better than expected.

the hotel is conveniently located near several bars and restaurants i found it easy to access local attractions. dolmus services are available right outside the hotel providing affordable transportation. the hotel is approximately a 30 minute walk from the marina.

the adult only pool area provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere this was a significant benefit for me. there is a gym located downstairs in the basement offering basic equipment for workouts. the patisserie serves a selection of cakes ice creams coffee and tea in an air conditioned setting.

alex at the relax bar consistently provided excellent service with drinks. the restaurant staff were friendly and hardworking. the cleaning staff maintained the rooms to a high standard keeping them tidy and well stocked.

wonderful experience
super clean area great choice spacious room excellent air conditioning
The adult pool area, managed by alex, was amazing. he remembered people's drinks and kept the area super clean i found him so friendly. the rooms are spacious with excellent air conditioning. Towels were changed daily. there was a great choice of food available, including local cuisine. mohamet and his colleagues looked after us, our drinks were ready.
the safe in the room cost extra. i think it should be free.

the hotel is centrally located. it is only a short walk to both the beach and various shops. dolmuş services are easily accessible, with stops right outside, enabling quick trips to the grand bazaar.
