fine views clean room friendly service
we booked a side sea view room. the views of the mountains, pool, and sea were fine. the room was clean and spacious. It was really nice! daily cleaning was friendly, and towels were replenished as needed, a very nice service.
the gym was small, and i feel it could have used a wider range of equipment.

The hotel is near the cable cars to mount babadag and a few minutes from the beaches by ride. It's also nestled between towns, offering scenic sunset views. there is a lot to see and do around the area, so it is a very convenient location.

The spa facilities offered a turkish bath and massage. It was really good!!! the entertainment team really shifted the energy. The bar staff were always friendly and available. they did a really great job.

i stayed in a standard double or twin room balcony. the room was clean. the mini fridge was full (with drinks and snacks) upon arrival. there were lots of daytime activities around the pool. the entertainment team was friendly.
the shower had very low pressure (not a huge problem, but noticeable).

the resort provided a free upgrade to a better room. i enjoyed the sea view from the bar terrace. the pool bar offered really good mojitos too.

The water slides were AMAZING!!! I also appreciated the delicious food options that were always available. Cetin, the customer relation manager. The hotel staff are always very helpful and understanding, providing great advice.
I found the Wi-Fi connectivity a bit spotty as I needed to connect to different networks in different locations.

the food was amazing. its variety impressed me. the hotel also has a good gym. it included treadmills and weights. the staff also was very friendly, always smiling.
the wifi was very bad. it did not work in the rooms. the pool closed early. it closed at 6 pm. the rooms were also small.

I did enjoy the hotel gym. It features several machines. The entertainment team has a lot of energy. Hasan, the hotel advisor, make a difference. He assist us with all our needs.
The hotel sit far from both the city center and beach. Taxis are available, but it did add to the cost.
