The water slides were AMAZING!!! I also appreciated the delicious food options that were always available. Cetin, the customer relation manager. The hotel staff are always very helpful and understanding, providing great advice.
I found the Wi-Fi connectivity a bit spotty as I needed to connect to different networks in different locations.

There are multiple swimming pools with ample sun loungers and shaded areas, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the sun. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to the nearby beach.

Our room included two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and a private balcony. The room was equipped with a mini-bar, a kettle, and air conditioning, all functioning perfectly. Daily housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean and cozy throughout our stay.

The staff are really attentive and cater to our needs promptly. They offer advice for excursions and are very understanding when arranging trips. The bar staff were quick and attentive. There was no waiting to be served by the pool.

the wifi was very bad. it did not work in the rooms. the pool closed early. it closed at 6 pm. the rooms were also small.

I did enjoy the hotel gym. It features several machines. The entertainment team has a lot of energy. Hasan, the hotel advisor, make a difference. He assist us with all our needs.
The hotel sit far from both the city center and beach. Taxis are available, but it did add to the cost.
