the service was attentive.. staff anticipated my needs, always ready to assist with a smile. i particularly enjoyed the easy access to various food options and the convenience of having a variety of restaurants available. the cleanliness of the premises also impressed me, a testament to the staff.

Inconsistent Service and Overcrowding Concerns

The service was quite erratic , varying from attentive to dismissive. I often felt ignored when trying to order drinks by the pool. Securing a sunbed near the pool was a daily ordeal , requiring me to wake up unreasonably early. This level of inconsistency detracts significantly from what should be a relaxing experience. The hotel clearly struggles with staffing levels during peak season.

i found the food variety excellent. the à la carte restaurants provided culinary delights. room service ensured the room remained super clean and the mini-bar was restocked. entertainment options were plentiful and catered to all ages.
The hotel advertises five pools, however only two are accessible to children. the kids pool has a slide, though it is very small and often crowded. there is another pool where children can swim. It is always cold. i found this too cold for children to swim in for any length of time.

the food was superb, lots of choices existed and all were equally as tasty.
The bathroom in my room was tiny, i found. there was no separate shower and the shower panel above the bath leaked water. the floor was flooded after every shower. It was quite annoying.
