I found the staff very kind. Tomeris helped with check-in, and arif can and mete from guest relations were excellent. the food had a lot of variety. the location allowed for peace and quiet, even on the family side.

The grounds were beautiful. There were various pools at the hotel and a separate aquapark for kids. The food was delicious (i especially liked the desserts) and there were different themes every night. The staff was helpful.

The gym was far too small. It also opened too late. I found the golf buggies deadly. They were silent. They sped through the hotel with zero consideration .
