The hotel provides many facilities for families. It features a large water park and numerous pools suitable for all ages. I noticed the entertainment staff organized daily and evening activities. the cleaner in room 4212 did an amazing job. The room was immaculate daily.

The aqua park offered many slides and pools , and the lifeguards were attentive.

The rooms looked dated , though they were clean and spacious. Smokers were everywhere , without any designated smoking areas. I asked about a late checkout each day , but reception only told me on the last day that it was not possible.

Solid Family Hotel with Waterslides

The water park is nice. It features seventeen waterslides for older children. The site was quiet when I visited during half-term. The grounds are clean, and I liked the variety of pools provided. There are also heated pool facilities available.

Soft drinks are kept near alcohol, this creates a high contamination risk. There aren't specific glasses just for alcohol at the bar. There was a sewage smell in the room, and I reported it, but no one resolved it.

The place has seventeen waterslides for those ten and over. They do not check age, so even eight-year-olds can use them. The site was quiet during October half-term with mainly Russian guests. The location is kept well and clean, I liked it.

The food is all halaal, yet not halaal friendly. Soft drinks are near the alcohol, which presents a high risk of contamination. there are no specific glasses only intended for alcohol consumption, problematic.

The food was quite good with a nice variety. I also enjoyed the water slides. They were a big hit for everyone. There were daytime games plus evening shows and music. The relaxed but lively atmosphere was great.

The evening entertainment was okay. Each night had a theme. I thought the dances lacked something special.

The housekeeping service was amazing! Mohamed Gamal from housekeeping kept our room very clean. I appreciated that food and drinks were available all the time.

I found that some bars did not provide all kinds of drinks. Coffee machines in some locations were not working, so I had to walk a long way for a drink (it was about 10 minutes!).
