mixed feelings indeed
weak wifi infrequent towels
My stay had some hiccups. the promised wifi was a tease. It barely worked beyond checking emails, despite the extra charge. also, the towel service reminded me of a treasure hunt. i had to ask every day for fresh towels, a small nuisance that added up. it's those little things..

Underwhelming Stay with Service Issues
inconsistent service tip expectation
I found the service inconsistent and frustrating. My room key stopped working multiple times. This required frequent trips to reception from my room, quite a distance. The staff did not offer a solution. I was given a new card each time. The constant expectation of tips also became tiresome. Staff often asked to change money and seemed less attentive if I didn't tip.
