Fantastic Amenities and Service
swim-up accessattentive staffmaintained grounds
I had swim-up access from my room, a very appreciable perk. The staff were attentive. They always remembered my preferences. The hotel grounds were impeccably maintained (even when I saw repairs in progress).
The evening entertainment felt slightly repetitive after a few days.

I stayed in a Swim-Up Room. The room was spacious and very clean, providing convenient access to the pool. The resort maintained the gardens and pool areas to a HIGH standard. I found the staff polite and always ready to help.

the hotel gym was acceptable , providing enough equipment for a basic workout.
the hot water was not hot enough , even after reporting it multiple times , i still had to boil kettles to get the bath water warm enough. additionally , the service felt different if you weren't british .

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. (A good way to stay in shape on vacation!).
The mini bar was not restocked regularly. I had to ask multiple times for bottled water for the room each night. It was a hassle.
