The rooms featured modern smart home technology, it prepared the room for sleep. BYREDO toiletries WERE provided. The fitness center includes dedicated sections for cardio, weights, and functional training.
I found that concierge service IS only available through an app. I wanted to book restaurants over the phone but I was directed to use the app.

the room RESERVED for us was well decorated. I found it very comfortable. I appreciated the premier sea-view room because IT was in great condition since my LAST visit. the gardens around the rooms WERE immaculate.

i NOTICED the resort has multiple pools . The hotel PROVIDES towels both on the beach and at the pool. Snorkeling off the house reef IS beautiful. I SAW a diving center and a yacht ON the premises.

The grounds were well maintained. There were many palms and flowers (like many other resorts, though).
The breakfast was disappointing for a hotel of this level. The buffet had a limited selection. The orange juice tasted like an industrial juice, and it was not a fresh, natural juice.

i appreciated the cleanliness of my premier king room island view. i also found the staff to be warm and friendly. the attention to detail was excellent (i especially liked the towel art). restaurants offered diverse and delicious food.
i did notice the concierge service is app-based. i would prefer to book restaurants over the phone. it felt impersonal and a bit inconvenient.
